MOSCOW (Noor e Nazar News) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Friday Moscow was prepared for talks assuming Ukraine s military gave up, as he demanded that attacking powers were hoping to liberate the nation from "mistreatment".
Russian President Vladimir Putin "took the choice to lead an exceptional military activity to neutralize and de-Nazify Ukraine so that, liberated from persecution, Ukrainians themselves could openly decide their future", Lavrov said at a question and answer session in Moscow.
